Reservation benefits are provided according to Government laws and rules. The admission process is nothing but lengthy process. Course Curriculum Overview

4

According to my score on the CET exam, this is one of the best colleges. I choose this course in this college because I have a deep interest in the mechanical field. According to my knowledge, talking about the faculty-student ratio it is nearly about 1 faculty member for 15 to 20 students. This is the ratio of the mechanical department but I thought other departments also have the same ratio. Talking about the qualifications of the faculties the majority of faculties are Ph.D. holders from tier 2 and tier 3 colleges, but some are from IITs, like IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, etc. Now, as per my knowledge is concerned, faculties are very good for teaching. They go through syllabi as well as out-of-the-box ideas. I will give 3.8 Stars out of 5 Stars to the faculty. As this college is a fully autonomous college the exams, paper checking, results, and many more academic activities are carried out by faculties. So it is not very difficult to overcome term exams. It is like not so much difficult and not so much easy.

Placement Experience

After the 6th-semester third-year students are eligible to take placement through campus. Various companies like TCS, TATA Power, TATA Motors, Calderys, Wipro, Atlas Copco, Nvidia, Siemens, Adani Power, Larsen and Toubro, Endress Hauser, Dassault Systemes, Varroc, etc are the major recruiters. Nearly 5 LPA is an average package for any branch in this college. The highest package is nearly 16 LPA for EnTC, CS and IT branches by NVIDIA, Lowest package is Rs. 19,000 per month by TATA Motors. The average package for Mechanical Branch is also very good like 5 LPA from Atlas Copco, 4.5 to 5.5 LPA by Calderys. The percentage of Students who get placed is nearly 90% from EnTC, CS, and IT Branch. 50 to 70% from the Mechanical and Electrical Branch and 20 to 25% for Civil Branch.

Fees and Financial Aid

Talking about the fee structure, the previous year when there was COVID-19, the Government of Maharashtra gives 25% off on College fees. But from this year's 2022-2023 session College fees for OPEN are nearly Rs. 80,000 per year. Talking about OBC, SBC, VJ, NT1, NT2, and NT3 Government of Maharashtra gives 50% scholarships. So for these categories college fees is nearly Rs. 40000 per year. For SC, and ST categories it is nearly Rs. 1500 for 1st year and then Rs. 200 for 2nd to final year. TFWS scheme is also provided by the college. Fees for TFWS are nearly Rs. 65000 per year. You can get scholarship info on government websites like MAHADBT. Now, Job opportunities are good at this college. Nearly 5 LPA is an average package for any branch in this college. The highest package is nearly 16 LPA for EnTC, CS and IT branches by NVIDIA, Lowest package is Rs. 19,000 per month by TATA Motors. The average package for Mechanical Branch is also very good like 5.5 LPA.
