Remarks
In the year 2021 admission was being done on the basis of percentage and the University exam named CUET. But I took my admission under the percentage cut-off. Eligibility admission under Physical sciences was a candidate should have Maths and physics as a compulsory subjects in 12th and secure at least 45% in equivalent. I found the admission form on DU's official website. As DU provided various reservations on caste, Defence quota, and sports quota. I am from OBC so there were few reservation benefits I got under the caste category.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was looking for honors but due to some less percentage, I took admitted in Physical sciences. The faculty of my college is off quite higher professional. But all are not putting their the same efforts while elaborating their knowledge. They think that we have knowledge of everything thing that we had studied in 12th class. So they don't go deeply through the subject. Scheduling of exam dates is not good as for some subjects they give 3-4 days holiday while for some they didn't.
Internships Opportunities
No major company provided any internship. But but you can opt for different small companies for the internship and it is for all the subjects like physics, Maths, and cs. So you need not be worried. If you don't have cs as a core subject.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of DU colleges are affordable for all sections of society in India. It is too low. For my course, I have to pay 7665 pa. Yes, there are various kinds of scholarships provided by the college like Saksham, Teena Gupta Memorial scholarship, etc.
Campus Life
Life on the campus..is cool as expected. You can/cannot attend the class it is up to you and your fellows. You can explore yourself in college. You are not supposed to mug up things. Before a month of exams if you have notes and solved the previous year you can easily pass. The annual fest is celebrated in our college named "Leothrix" some celebrity is being invited to perform. You do need not to buy books from outside as the library is big enough to have all the books for the courses. Different clubs are there like NSA, dance club, eco club, etc.
