Remarks

MHT-CET Maharashtra Common Entrance Test PCM 92.55 PERCENTILE. In the HSC board, 50 percent marks are required in PCM. CAP rounds are there by which we got admission. JEE exam is not valid in the government college of engineering Aurangabad.

I have an interest in electrical and in the electrical branch, we got Government and private opportunities. Enough faculties are there. All most all faculties are MTech holders and some are Ph.D. holders also. The teaching methods of the faculties are very good.

Placement Experience

Seven-semester students are eligible for placements. Siemens adani group Hinduja, NVidia, Endress and Hauser atlas ninja. Five lakhs are an average package. Nine-ten lakh package is also got some students. 80 percent of students are placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure: Open- eighty thousand, OBC NT- forty thousand, SC two thousand, and ST two thousand. Placement is good in college average package is five lakhs. Core branch placement percentage is also good almost 80 percent of students placed from the core branch.

Campus Life

Wings Geca is a technical event this event is Marathwada's biggest national-level technical event in Jan and Feb. Antarang is cultural fest Jan Feb. The library is very good almost all the books available are required for engineering. Sports week is also a big event.

Hostel Facilities

Fans, beds, table chair, cupboard, shoes stand, hot water 24 hours. The meal quality is good enough. Dosa, samosa, the parade, sabudana, khichdi chole bhature, misal pav. The top 10 to 15 students got hostel fees are very nominal only 1650.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

It is a great college for learning

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

Life in GECA, not so good but still you enjoy it.

Due to the reputation of being a government college and autonomous status and also due to city vibes, I chose this one. I was getting private pune engineering colleges but the fees and other expenses dosen't make sense to the features they provide. You need to give mhtcet examand score maybe 90+ percentile to make your sure your place. And cutoff for tech branches of cse, it, ENTC is pretty high. Minimum 95 percentile is required....Read More
