I choose civil engineering because I see a future in it. There are a total of 29 faculty in Civil Engineering and a total of 450 students in civil engineering including the 2nd year, 3rd year, and 4th year. More than 10 faculty of the department have a Ph.D. degree and the rest have an m.tech degree. And the teaching method is very good. They teach in a very easy way.

Many companies offered internships like the mundeswari group, jsw group, and many government internships provided by the college. But the stipend is only provided by a private company and approx 10000 to 15000 rupees. But the goverment internship doesn't provide any stipend. After the internship, the students cleared all the concepts.

Many companies visit the campus and they offer a good package. The placement of the college is good. After the end of the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placement. Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, and many more companies visit the campus and some core companies like Adani group, jsw group, ultra-tech, and many more company visit collage the total of 150 companies visit the campus past year. The highest package offered by Amazon is 4500000 LPA. More than 90 percent of students are placed. My plan is first to start my career as an engineer and then go for higher studies.

Fee Structure varying 40k-45k per semester. And scholarship is provided through NSP and some state gov. The scheme also collage provide scholarship for those students who are very good in academic and have poor background. Campus placement is overall very well more than 100 companies visit the campus every year.

The campus is very good the campus is big and you can enjoy many things, the campus of hit has 2 playgrounds and a gym. The Aryabhata Central library is one of the biggest libraries in West Bengal. Many journals and books are available there.

The hostel facility is good 24 hr security and wardens are there and meal quality is good there is variation in the menu you have many options for your meal. During addmission you have to fill out the form for the hostel then you will get the hostel. There are many pg available near the college and you can also rent a flat.

There is no GD and interview for addmission you have to clear the WBJEE paper if you got a good rank then you are eligible for the addmission according to your rank. The addmission criteria are you have to go through a counseling process which is organized by WBJEE and you can also take addmission through JEE MAINS rank.
