Entrance Preview
I have scored 70% marks in my graduation as for getting admission one should had atleast 50% marks and 45% for the reserve category. Entrance exam I had given is MAT the exam was ok for me as I don’t take any tension as my parents always said to me that study well but don’t get nervous and tensed during the exam as it will create bad situation so I had followed my parents advice.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course Curriculum consists of Theory exam as well as practical exam. Some subjects was projects based. I have made one project in which I have compared two products and done research on them and on the bases of results I have put financial formulas and done ratio analyses which helped to conclude my project. A lot of seminars were also helpful in achieving our targets set during the studies.
Internships Opportunities
An internship is job training in which student’s works in a company to gain experience and get familiar with the real industry world. Some company give stipend sometimes they have to works without pay. College provides internship opportunity many companies give opportunity to the students. I got stipend also of Rs7200 per month for 3 months.
Placement Experience
College is doing its best to give the placement to students. 75% of the students get placement every year in like HCL, Axis bank and many other reputed companies. Placement cell is also very active and calling good companies. College gave us proper training and development classes before the interviews and also conducted various mock interview sessions that helped us understand the scenario of the actual interview room.
Alumni/Alumna
TIMS organises Alumini meet every year and invites them during annual function also. Alumini is the biggest assets to the college as their presence become very important to the college. They share their experience so all the students get to know them who are they and what they are doing now. I would ask all my upcoming friends that they should surely connect with the senior students and alumni since I got a lot of help from them.
