I wanted to do Engineering after my diploma and after the diploma, very few good colleges take lateral entry. As heritage is a very reputed college in West Bengal that's why I decided to choose this college because here coding culture is very fantastic. Around 90-95% faculties are Ph.D. holder so you can expect good faculty for your depart mostly in IT, and CSE and the student ratio is also good every student attend classes every day. As most of the faculty members are Ph.D. Holders that's why they have very good teaching experience and they teach very nicely our IT department's HOD is very kind I can not explain her kindness in words she supports her department students in every possible way Term papers are not very tough if you give a little effort every day in your semesters then easily you can have an 8-9 CGPA in the semester. Heritage also gives awards(medals) to the topper students at the time of the 8th semester result declaration time, the farewell ceremony can be expected at college.

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies visited in our college are - Cozeva, Infosys, Cognizant, E&Y, and Capgemini. instead of it, students bagged good SDE internships from top tech giants like Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Amazon, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Atlassian, Blinkit, and many more, One student from the ECE department got PPO(Pre placement offer after internship) from Atlassian of 80LPA which is really good.

for the first year fee is 45,100 something and every year fee increases by 1100 like if in first year fee are 45,100 then as a result the second-year fee will be 46200 that's the hike in fee every year. West Bengal Resident students can apply for the Vivekananda scholarship and for Jharkhand resident students they can apply for ekalyan scholarship.

The nascent fest happens every year for freshers & tech fests also happen every year in tech fest students get to know and participate in technical challenges like hackathons AR/VR challenges etc. All books available in the library whatever you need for study library is very well established and very large the environment of the library is very silent and there is a facility of digital library in which students can do the PC related work their Own Laptop isn't allowed in the library also no lab work can be done inside library no assignments can be written in library. Well-established amenities are provided in the classroom like there is a projector through which the teacher teaches well lightening is provided and seating arrangements are also provided as per the student count. Sports and extracurricular activity can be expected at the time of the fest there is competition among inter-departments students, a basketball ground is provided two football ground is provided one main canteen situated in the college.

Eligibility for B.tech is Have a Good/ Decent Rank in JEE/ WBJEE. Admission is only done via counseling. Reservation is only for West Bengal Resident students not for outside state students. All process of the examination is very smooth and hasslefree. Eligibility for JELET Lateral Entry is Get rank under 5000, Admission is done via counseling (No Direct Admission is being done in this college). Reservation is only for state residentials of west Bengal.
