Life at BIMTECH

The faculty at Bimtech is a class apart. They are not only knowledgeable and experienced but also approachable and always willing to help. The Case base teaching method is the backbone of the curriculum. the faculty-to-student ratio is 1:70 on average. term exams were exactly on time as it was mentioned in our academic calendar which was given to us at the beginning of the course and the difficulty level was moderate.

for intership, companies like BATA, Cvent, Havells, Louis Vuitton, MARSH, Reliance retail, TITAN, Smart cube, and AFRL, have visited our campus with a decent stipend of around 15000-50000 and good management roles.

from 5th semester students become eligible for the placements companies like ADP, Darwinbox, Volvo, Bata, Reliance retail, E&Y GDS, E&Y, Ultratech, SBI Cards, Cvent and many more with 1 or 2 offers each on an average. highest package was 23.48lakhs, and average package was 11lakhs. this year also saw a 100% placement. firstly, I want to get a good job and learn and later I want to open my own venture.

here, the tuition fee is 1400000 and since accommodation is mandatory, so hostel fee and mess fee included will cost 200000. there are many meritorious scholarships for students. I am also a scholarship holder, where we got a scholarship of 200000 for scoring more than 85% in CAT.

the annual fest of Bimtech is Vihaan which happens in the month of November. course books are provided from the college library itself to all the students, also there is a wide variety of books, journals available in the library. classrooms are well built as per the requirements of management students we are provided with comfortable chairs and tables, huge LED screens, an audio system for each class, and also we centralized ACs and heaters. there are at least 2 events every month taking place on campus, recently alumni meet, inter b school sports competitions were organized by the alumni and sports conduit respectively. there are many clubs and conduits in Bimtech, like sports, CSR, Food, Cultural, etc.

we are provided with 2 single beds, 2 almirahs, 2 study tables, ACs And heaters because there are double occupancy rooms for 1st years boys. meal quality is just top-notch, we are given 4 times meal, with an excellent taste and quality and variety. accommodation formalities, all are included in the admission process only, as it is mandatory for every student.

I took admitted to Bimtech on the basis of the CAT Percentile, and the cut-off for my batch was 75 Percentile, I think that the college should increase the cut-off as this will invite more creme crowd to the institute. I like that college provides a scholarship of 2 lahks for students having more than 85 percentile in CAT. the application process is easy as it is through the Bimtech website only, and all information regarding the application is there on the website itself.

in the selection process, there was no GD round, only the PI round was conducted. basic criteria for the course is that the candidate must be in his/her final year of graduation or must be appearing in final year exams. I prepared for the rounds through online modes like youtube.
