Heramba chandra collage - A dream place to begin with.

I chose BCom Honers for my future MBA and Ca foundation. On one class 150 students are teached by single teacher but for same subject there are 2-3 teachers who teaches different subjects to finish the course quickly. Its efficiency and effective. All the faculty members are Mastered degree holders like MCOM , MBA , ECO hons pass. It is quite difficult if you don't study cuz every semester is almost 5 months gaps so you have to continue your studies after 1 sem.

Its a government college so it only take 3.7k per semester. All the students can apply for Vivekananda scholarship for extra help and its guaranteed scholarship. Calcutta University take 460-1000 per semester for exams helding and seats to other colleges like bhawanipur University, etc HCC does not have its own campusing but sometimes it gets messages for direct recruitment from companies like TCS , INFOSYS, banks.

It have its own annual fest but don't have tech fest on December of every year . Its library is huge almost everything a student of available couse want. The library card is also used to access any Calcutta library. All classroom have E-boards and a standalone projector with fans everywhere and wooden seats for students. College participate at inter College football league and e-sports if the student and good enough to get selected then they have to face other students from different colleges. It have its Union which is run by students who are interested in politics.

Admission process was simple above 85% on class 12. Then merit list was out and all the names of students who were selected for the courses like bcom h , bcom general, ba . The admission application was on their website when they were admitting new students with all the necessary documents. I am S.C. and other caste also have some extra benefits like selected seats for them and no money during admission application. There was no admission test , they were just selecting them with only best of 4 subjects in class 12 . No I don't seek any new admission process cuz its already very simple and the explanation are helpful as well on their website.
