Course Curriculum Overview
The BCA course duration is 3 years. And I choose it because don't want to take admitted to Btech because of its lengthy syllabus. The Faculty in SRGC is average. The teachers don't force you for learning. But also the teachers are average here because if you ask any questions they will provide you with a satisfied solution. Generally, Mostly Students in SRGC belong locally. The education environment is a little bit lower than expected by a UG College. The BCA have 6 semesters out of them every semester has 6 months duration. And the college is affiliated with CCS University Meerut (for students registered in 2020) & Maa Shahkumbhari University Saharanpur (for students admitted after 2020). So College Conducts its internal Examination just before the start of the University's Main Exam. And the Exams are not too difficult to pass an average student with frequent learning can pass these exams easily.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fee of BCA for the 2020 batch is 22,000 but after that for 2022,23 session fees are a Little hiked now 25,000. The College is located in Uttarpradesh So, so Students which are belonging to UP can also apply for Up Government Scholarship Scheme. The College Doesn't provides job by placement to all students. There are hardly 3-4 companies who come to college for placement drives and this company takes only 5-10 students hardly.
Campus Life
The SRGC campus is spread over a large area and also has an good ground for sports The Annual fest is also organized by the college at the end of every year named "Colours". The Library of college has books in large amounts but the books which are recommended to students by teachers are available in very fewer amounts in Library. The Classroom at SRGC is nice with a seating capacity of 80 students approx. Sports & extra curricular activities are also organized in College as per the recommendation of the University.
Admission
The Eligibility for taking admission to BCA at Shri Ram College is 12th with 45%. And for admission, you directly reach the college where they give you an application form along with a prospectus by charging some fees. There are no Reservation Benefits available here but they conduct their own Test named "TSE" by qualifying for that test the admitting candidates get some discount in Total fee as per their Performance.
