- Lack of ac during Summers becoz of extreme wet summer of Kolkata it is very hard to survive
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose cse because of my personal interest. This college is good for education and learning purposes. Faculties are well educated and well trained all are doctorates. there are 2 internal exams in each semester.
Internships Opportunities
Students have to apply for internships off campus there are a few companies available within the campus too but most of them go with the pool campus selection process. There are workshops organized by different core companies.
Placement Experience
From 6th sems students are ready for placements. Many companies visit the campus. TCS is the mass requiter here. For cse almost 100 percent of students are placed. I am planning for mtech after this. But there are students who get jobs through off-campus placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total tuition fee is around 4 lakh for 4 years. Students of west Bengal can also opt for west Bengal scholarships. You have to pay fees per semester wise and each year the semester fees are raised by 500 rs. Education loans are also available for students of Bihar. A Bihar student credit card is the best option.
Campus Life
This collage is culturally rich there is an annual fest also. The library is huge and the facilities of the online Library are also there. Also, semester books are provided by the college only. the college has facilities for each and every sport with a dedicated field and arena. Regular inter-departmental competitions are held. There are different societies where students can develop their extra co-curricular skills.
Admission
Admission to this college is only through wbjee examinations. There is a reservation for the west Bengal domicile other than this there are no reservations. We can find exam details on the website of wbjee usual cutoff of cse is around 3500.
