Jisce : The perfect Review by a student

I chose this course because it came to me through counselling. I had other options but counselling gave me this so yeah nothing to do about that. The faculty is okay. You have to be lucky enough to get particular good teachers for each subject. There are plenty of teachers but of good teaching ability, only a. Exams are conducted 3 times per sem. 2 internals and 1 sem exam. Passing is easy if you study well it's a normal thing and almost everybody passes.

I haven't got an internship till now but most companies are normally not that great. Faang companies remain too far from here. Accenture, Wipro, TCS, and Cognizant are the good ones that come, rest do not give you much stipend.

Placements are offered generally in 3rd year. Internships start in February and you will get to know what jobs you will get before 4th year The highest package offered is 10.25 LPA on Amazon, and the lowest is maybe 3.5 Lpa something. The placement percentage is about 65%

Fees are considered to be high. A normal BTech course needs 470103 for the entire 4 years of course excluding per sem exam fees. The number of fees they take, more facilities should be provided, specially fests and canteen food. You can get all the scholarships you are applying for but only 1 per person. Lots of paperwork is done just to avail 1 scholarships which should be improved. Internships students get but only a few get good ones. Same case for jobs too. Mass placements happen and only a few get above 7 Lpa jobs.

The campus is not that great. I mean it's okay but things should be improved if we consider the fees they take. Fest only happens once or twice(rare case). There are plenty of clubs you can join and develop good social skills, but only a few function properly rest are there just for names.

The college provides admission on the basis of WBJEE, JEE MAINS and Management quota. For respective courses, there are different cut-offs. Admission can be done through counselling or by directly going to the college.
