- Campus is really nice there are three canteens beautiful gardens in between and one canteen is in a garden which is beautiful the campus structure is very nice.
- Campus life is not that good there is nothing interesting happening in the college it's the same everyday
- College provides various courses and organisation programs for students even from the first year and focuses on improving on skill
Dislikes
- Faculties are nice to us and the support and clear doubts but some of the faculties don't teach properly they just read from the they are notes and teach us
- Teachers are strict for attendance and marks most teacher focus on mark so much the teach while telling the marks no interest showing no interest in subject
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good but some subjects are too boring the faculty members are nice the help a lot but some teachers don't really teach nicely. I chose this course cause I wanted to take CS and this was a similar course that also has some interesting artificial intelligence things as nowadays artificial intelligence is crazy and high and it's an interesting field. Student Faculty ratio - 5.6:1. Faculties mostly have MS and a few have phd too. The teaching faculty is really nice for physics, mathematics, and Mechanics. But not that good for SME BXE (some of these read and teach every single point). as per my 1st yr of experience. Every sem 2 ut exams 1 in sem 1 prelim 1 end sem 1 day before exam prep is enough for ut and 2-day preparation is enough for passing University exams.
Internships Opportunities
Various companies visit for placement and also for internships with stipends and without stipends the AWS team and future skills prime team visited us in the first year and also provided online courses for us to start programming and other courses. As I am in the first year so I don't know much about internships and projects but they do have them from the second year.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for placements from the third year. Companies - cognizant, Capgemini, Reliance jio, IBM, TCS, Wipro, Infosys. Offers made where 996 of the total students. The highest package was 41 LPA and the average package was around 5 LPA. 86% of students got placement. I also wanna get a placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure is Open 124000, Obc/ebc 70000, Sc/st 4000, Vj/nt/sbc/tfws 17500, J&k students 29000, This is free including a scholarship for those who have been admitted through cet counseling. There are other scholarships to available for students including hostel fees that was if you have any financial difficulties. campus jobs are not that difficult to crack. Cost to study for 4 years 500000 approx (General) without reservation. The scholarship is given through the CET Maharashtra government.
Campus Life
Fest name happening in our college is Fahrenheit. Tech fest - Sambhav, Month - February, Journal and normal books are available but the reference books available are too old reading all facilities available in the library you can learn books for 15 days and then extended for more 15 days. Amenities are in the classroom in some classroom projectors are there. There are various sports tournaments here in Pune that are accessible through your college team also college organizes 2 tournaments one inter-department and one inter College. There are various clubs in our college robotics club the mechanical club for buggy making And the sports club is also run by students there is the dancing cultural club singing club communication skills club NCC NSS and various clubs.
Admission
12 passed with min 50 mark in PCM. Cet Counseling with cet or Jee marks. The application link is also available which is mhtcet2023.mahacetorg. Application fees for the exam are 800rs. Application fees during counseling are 1000rs. The application date is not known yet but probably may be June 2023.
