Course Curriculum Overview
Core subjects had always been my dream and Electrical is the toughest among all in Engineering no matter what anyone says. It has a good student to teacher ratio. But remember one thing Engineering isn't AT ALL EASY. so think and then enter.
Placement Experience
There is a placement cell that helps in campus placement. But you have to prepare by yourself. Avg package is 4LPA with some companies offering higher packages in all streams. This 100% placement policy is very rude as students should be allowed to seat for multiple placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
1st sem 79,000, 2nd sem 65,000, 3rd to 8th sem 56,500 Before each sem, we also need to pay 1,200. This was our fee structure. Other assistances that you need should be found by you and brought to the college accounts office (2nd phase or library building 2nd floor).
Campus Life
Campus life is well provided you get to make good friends who are trustworthy. Clubs are there but first see every club, get to know them from your seniors (not from anyone who is biased about any particular club), and then decide whether you want to join any one of the clubs or none at all.
Admission
The admission process in our time was smooth though it became tough for our juniors. I entered through WBJEE and I just took my rank card and every detail to the college admin office. We were called and our details were entered using computers. Every document should be carried as a softcopy in a separate pen drive while admission.
