The college is good in overall aspects but its remote location from the city restricts the learning of new and important aspects in life

I got admitted to this college on basis of my CET score in Maharashtra. my score was 76 and i chose this college since it is located in a very beautiful location and was near to my home as well.

It has a good faculty, which interacts with their students frequently to know about their knowledge and other issues. the course structure is rigid with focus on academics. not much importance is given to extra curricular unless you take efforts and have contacts with the staff

nope. the college doesn't provide any specific internships that I know of, but recently the college has been partenering with companis and startups to provide students with the essential experience needed in the industry

The placement is pretty much competitional with not much scope for core jobs. IT jobs are available in abundance.The placement process is centralised amog the campusess, that means when during pacement drives the students across various other campuses of the sinhgad instiues come across under a single pavilion to compete for placements

technical events include the TECHTONIC FEST organised annually.Cultural events include the SINHGAD KARANDAK which is the largest in Pune.The sinhgad karandak invites a variety of public across pune and mumbai. also some celebrities are invited as judges for the events. the final day of the fest concludes with a dj night where world renowned djs are invited

feasible fee structure with multiple scholarships available as an aid to the students.The fee for open students is about 1.15lakhs, 52k for obs, and 8-10000/- for NT category students, 4k for sc/st students.As per the family background and income sources available, the students are eligibe for various scholarship schemes directly from the government of india and thus can helpthemselves provide a financial aid for the course'

I have availed the GOVERNMENT OF INDIA POST MATRIC scholarship.The other available scholarships include EBC, scholarships for SC/ST students, Scholarships for NT students.Tuition waver scheme or the FREESHIP option is also available for the students for provding finacial aid.

gender ratio is about 11boys:1girl A variety of competitions are being held recently with much more expected improvements in the future. these include robotics workshops, debate competitions, events held by technica and non technical clubs etc and since all these events are organised by the student bodies they were amazing!

The hostel system is probably the best among entire pune. but the mess is downright worthless with low quality food being provided. THe hoste facilities are excellent with all required facilities. the water being provided is clean and is treated thoroughly for usage. only the problem lies with the food quality in the mess, but that is not something you should be concerned with when accomodating in an hostel

The alumni network of this college is pretty vast and most of them reside in pune . and having contacts with them surely helps

The exam structure is very old school and primitive type. online examinations are being conducted recently for a change.The newest pattern is of 70-30 strucure where 30 marks are for the insem examination held in the college itself and the 70 marks is for the end sem exams held as per university guidelines.Earlier it consisted of a single 100 marks question paper which made it a difficult task to score

I filled in the form of CAP round which allotted this college. After the result of CAP round, I came to this college to take admission. This form costs 750 rupees. After filling in the form, other procedures are completed like payment of fees. At last photo of passport size is taken for the identity

the faculty is highly qualified with most of them being PhD holders. Most of the faculty members are renowned for their research works and teaching in their respective fields. so it really is not a concern when it comes to the thought of quality teaching
