Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is decent and up to industry standards. The class size is 60 which provides a good faculty-to-student ratio. The faculties have generally completed their Ph.D. from IITs. Overall, the faculties are good and thus the exam held are decent.

Placement Experience

The placements in the college are decent. All students who wished to get a placement were placed. Various recruiters like Amazon, Adobe, etc visited our campus. The RoI offered by the institute is more than 100%.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is comparatively lower than most colleges in AKTU. It is generally compensated to students in resereved categories. There are two types of scholarships available, merit and need-based scholarships. The need based scolarship refunds the full tution fee while merit scholarship is Rs 5000 for the top 10 students in every domain.

Campus Life

There are various clubs and committees run by the students. Three fests are held, one cultural (Anubhuti), One tech fest, and a sports fest (Tvaran). There are various books available in the library and it keeps on being updated. There is a student-run each one, teaching one initiative.

Admission

When I was giving the exam in 2014, I wrote UPSEE. I got a decent rank to actually make it through the cut-offs. KNIT is considered one of the best institutes in UPTU, now AKTU. Reservation in KNIT, Sultanpur is as per the government guidelines.

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. My plan is to get government job.

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.
