Remarks

The one bad thing I just want to say from my side, the political interference. If was for good, then all will be fine but it is for big leaders greed to force students to move on from their path. As a result they loss their liberty.

Generally the candidates get placements 90% in every year. And it is to the companies like Accenture, Reliance Jio, TCS and many more and the Government sectors like Department of Science & Technology, Fisheries department, Forest departments and many others.

Sports like cricket, tennis, badminton, athletics all are organized by the state government to represent the different districts to national level and in this regard a sports and cultural program held in the last season of every year by collaborating different states of this nation. Moreover, they conducted different festivals like, book fair, teachers day, education day, science day etc.

In the time of re-union the seniors employees and old researches meet together and delivers commendable suggestions for their followers which will help them (juniors) to get the proper way as per their requirements.

Admission

At first there are merit selection by total score which we have got from different colleges in graduation level. It must be included Geography/Geology/Physics/Math/Botany/Agriculture in one of the subject. Then how much we scored in this particular subject. There are 25 seats, after the descending ordering system on total merit scores, they select the candidates

Placement Experience:

Actually this is a general degree University , so I must mention that placement facalities are not so good. But yes , Job Fair is organised in University by some external agencies which offer jobs varying 2-2.5 lakhs per annum . But in the university most of the students do not accept that jobs. Half of the students are more interested on the higher studies. So ahet completing the fourth semester they prepare for PhD. And the another half are preparing for central government sponsored exams like CGL, CHSL, RRB, SBI , IBPS, LIC etc. University has a significant number of students who have qualified for Government Competitive exams.

The affordablity of this course and i want to dive in research so the faculties are so much capable and i believe thatwith their help i will fulfill my goal . Improvement of lab instruments in mint condition is a necessity for us . Difficulty level is moderate if you study fluently this semester system exam will not disappoint you.

Actually Some of the Local Companies & Private banks Offer placements which are averagely worth 250000/-. Some of the Students appear for it , but the Number is Very less. Actually In Present Circumstances , Most students wants a stable Government, Especially Central Gov job . So they Prepare for exams like SSC , SBI , IBPS, LIC , RRB etc.

Niper Kolkata: from starting to end

Placement Experience:

2nd year students are eligible for the campus placement. Sai, Hetero, mendine, dr. Reddys etc companies visities for the campus placement. Offers ranges from 5-12 lpa. 60% students gets placed, 10% goes for higher studies and others get job off campus in my department. Other departments has 100% placement. My plans are pHd from Niper as it provides vast knowledge and instrumental exposure.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My decision to choose this course depended on the fact that this course provides you with the opportunity to get various jobs in the industries with a high lpa. But this college does not help much in that aspect. All I had to do was myself. It is my humble opinion that the institution should improve its guidance in the area of its teaching methods. The exams were twice a year and were quite difficult on their own.

From the 2nd last semester, that is the final year, students become eligible for campus placements. Last year, two of our seniors got placed at Reborn Child Development Centre (Durgapur and Asansol) with an average package of Rs 200,000. This year, three students of our batch, including me, got an internship for three months at Reborn through an in-person interview.
