Funny life of KEC

yes, I have some good and bad remarks about my college. If Overall i give conclusion about my college management, i will say that they have to much improve there quality and performance to become topper in odisha or in country.

I had given AIEEE(in 2010) exam. i had chosen KEC because that time KEC was well reputed college among many colleges. It came in top 10 in orissa, according to there previous record of placement and well known teaching quality. And also i had not score much well in AIEEE2010, so that i had not more better option than KEC for study.

All courses and syllabus are maintained by BPUT. In 1st year all branches had to study same courses(common books & syllabus) after 1st year i.e from 2nd year according to there branches . As i said, i had studied IT. every subject was very interesting specially Data communication and computer network and JAVA. I had learn many things about computer and there network and about JAVA . I would one thing say JAVA is very depth and advanced language..In college every faculty are specialized in there subject. also i would say that java is better subject for research

No,My college was not provide any type of internships that time(i can not say about current stage).But my college allow to participate in different places, for this college allow some days leaves. so I had to took participate in different places for internships.

The placements & job opportunities,what would i say about this. As i said that my college was well known for their placements and things.But As time passed, college performance and poor placement was going down. And at my time only one company came(in pool campus) in which i did not qualify.

Every in my college an annual function was organised by college. It had happened for a week in which different types of games and quiz competition was organized by college. We had contributed in it and enjoy. 2nd last day of college function we Called it college night show in which we perform dance and singing and ramp show. And at last day we called star night in which college called a celebrity to perform a program.

The fee structure of college is very high or we can call its too expensive. our tuition fee of college is around Rs 80000, apart from these we had to paid training and placement charge(That we never did.), semester fee and some other charges which had total around Rs 92500.

No, Not any scholarship or loan facility offered by my college which i should have to remember. in spite of this i had to taken from bank(which is not clear till now).

My campus life had fantastic, joyful.It is memorable to me. My friends and I used to have fun with each other. My class used to have picnic trip in different places every year(except last year due to so much pressure). There were no robotics in my college but there were cricket,competition debates in annual function week.Gender ratio was fare in my college.(never calculated this).

I've never live hostels.But my few classmates had lived there. In the lunch time We went to the hostel to launch(college provided us). Hostel's room was too small in which 2 or 3 boys or girls were lived there. there food was not much testy some time, it had been worse.

At the college time when we had senior student,they used to have help sometimes. They used to have give exam preparation tips or placement tips.But after leaving college,They did not contact us,Even they didn't show his face.

As we know that, there are two semester in a year and each have one university exam of 70 Marks for each paper(in my college) at the and of semester,apart from these three college test were made by college. Each test for three month for rest 30 Marks which were included in final result of semester. And also every week we have to go to lab for experiment of different paper which have also marks included in final result.

Before selection in college, my certificate and other documents have been verified by BPUT University,after that i got selection in KEC, then after at given time i had to submit some certificates and documents for further procedure in college then i paid half of college fee then after they told me to came after few days at given time for orientation and to attend classes.

As i said every faculty are specialized in there subject. So they had explain very well. After that if any student had some problem related to topic, They would help us in class or in free time. In fact if we had got some problem at exam preparation that time they would also help us.
