Remarks

Only Hostel food is not well maintained.Other all are going in a better manner

KEAM is entrance exam for engineering. There were no interview for admissions.I took this college because it had high rating and good teaching

Course Curriculum Overview

I took electrical and electronics engineering.The course and all partial workshops are going well.The college has a good research facility and helps for entrepreneur and inventions

Internships Opportunities

College does not providexist internalship.But there is industrial visit for one day.

Placement Experience

There is placement in my college.Also have NBA affliction.There are many major campanies.Almost 40% students got placement in previous year

College Events

Nakshatra,Samyog,prathithya srishti are the main Evans in Saintgits.Those programs are really amazing

Fee Structure And Facilities

I was IBC so I don't pay any price. It's management fee is approximately 90,000 and government seat is for 65,000.Also NRI seat is for approximately 1.5 lakh.

Hostel Facilities

Yes. There is 3,2,1 bedroom rooms. Each year students have separate hostels so no problems from senior. Single room : 28,000 Double room:23,000 Three room :18,000 approximately. Food is average.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Exam Structure

There will be total of 4 exam: 2 series and 2 End semester exam and in between they may arrange module exams.

Faculty

Almost all faculty are M.tech in there profession or doctorate and they are well experienced.They also have a well behavior to students.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA

College at first look, only started a new chapter in here...

I did a blunder as I did wanted to write IMU CET exam but due to a mistake I did forgot to inform the keam management regarding this and both exam coninsided in one day at different places one in Kerala and other in Bangalore.
