Course Curriculum Overview

Bsc is easy to opt for and especially for someone who's trying to focus on extra entrance exams as well, at least for the first year only. The faculty is quite decent and qualified, students too come from a decent household and maintain a healthy atmosphere Most of the professors are Ph.D. qualified.

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 7000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for us to pay was a mere 7000 for the year, however the actual fee structure for BSc is 58,000 but being an aided course, the government pays the rest of 51,000. Rd National, has quite well-equipped laboratories and especially a large collection of books.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is overall average and not well updated comparatively, however, the college has an excellent auditorium, for which it is famous. Events and Fests are the peak points of the college, all the events begin in January.

Admission

For Bsc, the candidate should be passed from the Maharashtra board or any recognized board in the science stream. Min % required is 55%, It's an aided course with 7000 INR as fees. Rd National specializes in chemistry Botany and zoology.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

from 6th semester students are eligible for placement. multiple MNCs come for placements like deloitte, berger, reliance, ernst and young, etc. highest packasge is around 9 lakhs pa and median package is about 3.5 lakhs pa. maximum students who sit for placement gets placed. i will be pursuing masters degree after my bachleors.

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.
