The campus of college, the college life, the non teaching and teaching staffs.
The college has canteen and it has some fast food dishes like chinese bhel, vada pav, samosapav etc
The annual sports of college is very good. There is no partiality done every student is giveb opprtunity.

I chose this course because this is an emerging field and due to rapid development, this field will grow more in the future. there are 15 to 20 faculty members and 10 to 15 nonteaching staff. the teachers are well-qualified and fluent in teaching. the exams were on time even after covid.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fee hike in the college, The fees are fixed throughout the year might the fee hike be yearly or after 2 to 5 years, I got admission from the management quota and I got a good job as a fresher.

Campus Life

The campus is good although it is not very much big it is enough for cultural programs, annual fests, celebrations, etc. The college has a tech fest on the 28 of Feb and an annual fest on something of December or November. The college has a library on its 2nd floor and it has enough books one needs for study it had some religious books, ncert, nda books, books related to advanced programming language. there is a separate WhatsApp group that is run by students. the college supports extracurricular activities like sports, music, dancing, etc.

Admission

The admission process was good it was time-saving. the application form can be found on the college website and all the details can be found there. there are reservation categories and can be availed if you have proper caste certificates. The staff is friendly.

From 6 sem th students are eligible for campus placement, there were many companies which gave the placement in this college like eg infosys, biochroma, thakur polytechnic etcthe higesh package was about 11 lpa and average was about 5 lpa , about 80 percent students got the placements but my plan after getting the degree was to do masters

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.

I applied to somaiya college which is located in sion.i got a confirmation admission over there. The reason why I choosed this course is because the fee structure is very low as compared to other colleges. I didn't get any rejections from other colleges.
