You will have to get a rank below 20k in wbjee to get admission to techno main salt lake. If you are a resident of West Bengal then you can get the benefits of caste and you can get seat reservations for OBC and SC St.
Course Curriculum Overview
Teachers for the CSE, IT and ECE branches are good. They always motivate and support you so that you can get a good placement. But in core branches, me and civil teachers are not regular. Even students don't care for placement
Internships Opportunities
If you are from the Circuit branch you will get chances to get internships in companies like Cognizant, Thoughtworks, virtusa and many more. But if you are from a non-circuit branch there might be a possibility you will not get any companies for an internship
Placement Experience
Students after the 5th semester will be eligible for the internship and after the 7th semester, every company starts to visit the campus. If you are from an It background you will get most of the good companies where you will get a 7-8 lpa Avg package
Fees and Financial Aid
The course fee is less than the other private colleges in India. You can get the BTech degree in less than 4lacs. Even if you can get admission to CSE or IT branches you can get an average package of 7-8 lpa.
Campus Life
The college infrastructure is not so good. But it is an okish type. You will get two small grounds to play games and for organising any events. And in this college, there are lots of clubs where you can participate.
