Entrance Preview
Until 2012 , admission process was though CET( common entrance test) for Maharashtra state candidates and AIEEE for other state people but not process is centralized. All have to pass JEE exam . Gulf quota is also there for people outside country.

Hostel Facilities
Yes, I was living in hostel for 4 years. Hostel rooms are quite good. Food is also available in same campus. WiFi is available. Affordable for common students also. You have to pay around 30 k per year. And also admission is merit based.
Exam Structure
This is autonomous institution. Exam is interdependent of Pune university exam. The pattern is of t1(10 marks) +mid-semester (30 marks) + t1(10 marks) + endsemester (50 marks) = 100 marks. Marking system is pointer based.
Faculty
Almost all senior faculties are PHD in their respective Field. They will also help you personally if you ever needed it. There is teacher mentor mentee program under which there is a faculty behind every 16 people who has to hold at least a monthly meet. And ask for problems or may also take students for outing for relaxation.
