I chose information technology because I love coding and it is interesting to debug and create solutions to real-time problems, there are 2 internals per semester and 90 working days for each semester. The faculty is qualified and also teaches us with love. They try to solve our issues on time.

Placement Experience

placements are getting better than in past years and I hope it would get better next 5 years because it got autonomous recently and the regulations have been changed. there are more practical sessions conducted every Monday.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got admission through govt quota, I am still a fresher so I don't know much about college placements, but I think it is getting better than last year, and I hope it would get better in the next few years. The fee for my course was only 97000 per annum. The fee varies from course to course.

Campus Life

there is an underground library work in progress in the D block and there are 2 other libraries currently, there is actually a startup cell on the campus. buildings and blocks are large and there are total 7 floors. There are groups and clubs in our college made by students like NSS and NCC.

Admission

I got in govt quota with a cutoff of 169.5 in 2022, it would be higher next year as it got autonomous from anna university. admission process was a bit easy and I didn't face much difficulty. it is recommended to bring the required documents.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

DRNGPIT is combination of studies and entertainment!!

I applied at SRM and IITs obviously but unfortunately couldn't get either. DR. NGPIT is too good a college!!

Admission process is simple quotas you to check as in Tamil Nadu before state quota there's a city quota as well. So, since I was not from Coimbatore the quota on which I can be a part of was left to 50% of seats. Thankfully I made that list as cut-off was 81% and I had a couple more than that....Read More
