It was a good experience

I think this is somewhat perfect college. Because from curricular to extracurricular everything is fantastic. There is Friendly atmosphere everywhere. College is much better than I think.I was new in Pune City.I was very excited about the college.Overall campus area is very good. Various facilities are available like Campus Communication,Hostel,Medical Facilities,Canteen and Food Outlet,Bus Facilities,Central Library etc. Apart from these, all faculty members are Highly Educated and they are very Supportive.

For getting admission neither Interviews were conducted nor entrance exam I have given. I have been admitted in this college through DTE's online admission process. I have done my diploma in Civil Engineering so I got admission in Direct Second Year Engineering, Civil Branch.

As we know India is developing country and there is much need of a sound infrastructure and also now a days construction industry is rapidly growing.More and more challenges are coming in this industry.These challenges can be accepted and sorted only by a Civil Engineer. So I think I choose a correct course for my career. In my Institute more focus is given on the Practical knowledge. More site visits are conducted related to the Subjects. For better experience we have a platform for the students to express their knowledge through various activities and platforms are like ICI (Indian Concrete Institute) through which various site visits and Workshops are arranged. Another is CESA (Civil Engineering Students Association) through which various activities are conducted..etc.

Yes. They give Internship to the students. Students get chance to work in different companies for few days. That enhances their skills. Stipend amount around 2000 rs were given.

Placement is good. Various companies visits the campus. Amongst them few are - Godrej, IBM, Tata Technologies, Tata Consultancy services, Whirpool, L&T Infotech, Accenture, infosys, wipro, BOSCH, Tech Mahindra, Rohan Builders pvt. Ltd., Volkswagen , Fiat etc. Eminemt experts from industries come to our institute to enhance the skill set of students. In the last 9 years our students have received more than 1300 offers from 162 different companies. They were given avg 8 to 10 lakh package.

We have a annual cultaral event named 'GANDHARVA' which is very much famous in Pune City. 'VISHWACON, is a international conference event conducted every year in my college. Apart from that different technical events are carried out throughout year by respective departments.

I have got admission through TFWS (Tution Fee Weaver Scheme). Only three students are eligible for this. Students who are apply for this and who are Top three marks scorer amongst them got the TFWS admission. I'm one of them. My Fee Structure: Eligibiliy form and fees = 550, Exam form and fees = 1880, Misc. University fees = 1733, Development Fee = 6800. TOTAL AMOUNT = Rs. 10963. For Open Caste Students the fees are around Rs. 120000. I'm also a open caste student,but due to TFWS fees are less for me. For reserved categories fees are less. For different categories, fees are different.

Yes. College provide EBC scholarship for the reserved category students. According to this they have to pay half of the college fees. Backward class students have to pay minor fees.

We have a college culture commune named 'AAVISHKAR'. This is a very very good platform for the students to explore their inner talent. Various Play competitions are conducted every year in Pune city like 'FIRODIA' , ' PURUSHOTTAM' etc. Members of Aavishkar team set a play an they participate in that competitions. Also we have a biggest NSS team in Pune University. They conduct various social activities every year like 'Blood Donation Camp' etc.

I'm not a resident in hostel but I have stayed in hostel room for few days during my submissions. Not single rooms are there. They are sharing room. They don't have PG's. Fee Structure for hostel I don't know. Food in Hostel is of better quality..

I don't know more about alumni because I'm a new students and I haven't interacted with them till now. But my senior friend told me that we have a good alumni network

I don't think so exams and lab work is boring. Lab work is very interesting. All labs are fully equipped. Exams are carried out at every interval of time. That makes us ready to give any type of exam.

Faculty of my college are very qualified. As per qualification, There are 10% PhD holders, 19% PhD pursuing , 60% ME/MTech completed and 3% of them are pursuing, 8% of BE/Btech. Faculty members are very Supportive.They teach us like they are teaching their friends..means they are very friendly.
