Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course as I like genetically modified organisms and I want to research on it. The faculty members of the biotechnology department are very good they are very helpful and friendly. Other faculty members are also good. The students are good and friendly. There are so many sir and madam who have Ph.D. They teach us very sincerely. The term exam is held under 6 months after starting the semester. No, it is not difficult to pass the exam but not too easy if he read then he passed.
Internships Opportunities
There is a chance to get an internship. If one internship with a company then his skill is growing up. There is a company like Synginesis through it one can intern with it and grow up his skill also he can get earn money from it.
Placement Experience
After the 5th semester students can eligible for campus placement. There are too many company visits in this college like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. The highest package is like 1000000 per year and the average package is 400000 per year. 91% of students placed. My plans after getting this degree are to go for MTech for know too many things.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is approximately 44000 per semester. Yes, there is an opportunity for scholarship. If he lived in West Bengal and his family income is under 250000 then he can get it. And if he is under the tfw quota then there are no tuition fees per semester. On campus, one can get e job if he had skills.
Campus Life
The name of the tech feat is TEDxHITKolakta. In 2020-23 there was no annual fest is conducted. It is conducted in March or April. In the library there are too many books students can take them and go home for one week. There are too many clubs like sports clubs and they conduct an annual sports fest. News clubs conduct many types of report compilation.Hega club,NSS club,Rocaract club etc.
Admission
The whole application process is online by the wbjee board. If one can want to admit to the Heritage Institute of Technology then he has to attend wbjee or jee main and he has to rank 4k to get Cse,16k to get BT, and others. There is a minimum number of seats for the management quota to get direct admission but he has to 60% marks in the previous qualification. The addmission process is totally offline he has to go college campus and take admission. The addmission process is good I think there is no improvement required.
