Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I choose this course because of the name of SCABS and the learnings it provides being the best business school. student ratio is approx 1:10 sex ratio of B.Sc. The faculty is really nice and most of them have their PhDs and are Doctors in their field.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Internships are being offered to 1st years as work from home and 2nd years for work from office or hybrid. Internships being offered are from big companies like Mckinsey, Raam Group, Lenskart, Blinkit, and many more large and mid-cap companies with an average stipend of 30k, ranging from unpaid to 70k.

Placement Experience

5

From 3rd and 4th semesters they become eligible if they are passing the criteria of attendance and cgpa. Companies that visit are like bcg, bain, le, samagra, raam group, KPMG, PWC, Silver Piston, etc. The highest package this year is 48 LPA by Cred and with an average of 11.1 lpa. more than 93% of students get placed here.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost to study is very nominal as being a part of govt cllg, it is only 29,000. Financial assistance is for reserved categories for specified people and income groups upto 100% scholarship SSCBS is known for its placements with a 90%+ placement ratio with avg of 11.1LPA.

Campus Life

4

The annual fest of scabs is known as crescendo which happened this year in April with a crowd of over 10,000 and it had various events included in it of various societies. classrooms have full ac and a projector with a blackboard. I really love the benches tbh. there is a soc for Sports and has football, volleyball and an open gym. the only problem is it is an off-campus college and thus doesn't have that much campus life as compared to North campus.

Admission

Eligibility of the course is Language + Applied/Maths + 2 Domains in CUET. The application form is for CUET and DU CSAS Portal only, you don't have to fill application for SSCBS, only DU and CUET. There is approx one-third general and the rest reserved category.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.
