Course Curriculum Overview

I loved engineering from class 1. So I want to be an engineer. That,s why I chose this trade. If you ask me about my ece department then I want to say that I loved semiconductors or circuits. my faculty members are very good and friendly. In the lab, they treat us like a friend. I am happy with this course.

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Firstly I want to say that this course is a little bit costly from my point of view. Because I am a middle-class family student so it is difficult for me. There has a Swami Vivekananda scholarship option it I Manage my four semesters.

Campus Life

Life on campus is not very good. There is not a very big campus. college is very good but the campus is very little. So the campus is not good. But I want To say that there are many types of clubs for coding cultural fest etc.

Admission

Firstly, I want to say that I give the wbjee exam for this course. After that, I collect my rank card. Then I council my college after the 2nd round. Then I verified my document from college and after some days I was admitted.

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
