My college

Firstly I have chosen the course CSE (computer science and engineering). I choose this course cause there is a good improvement in that sector nowadays, so I thought CSE would be my best option for the future, academic faculties are well qualified to teach, All the faculty members have completed their Ph.D.'s in their particular subjects. The ratio of students and faculty is also quite good, that there is one teacher for every fifty students I guess which makes it very easy for the students to understand the subject. Term exams and semesters will be scheduled according to the syllabus we have completed. The exam will be a bit difficult to pass, for the one who studies well can easily get passed out of it.

I think from the fifth semester students will get placed in many big companies, like from the third year first semester students get various internship opportunities. yeah, many big affiliated companies like Microsoft, Google, Infosys, Mahindra, and many more reputated companies. The highest package that IIIT sri city provided is 120 lakhs, an average of 20 lakhs. There is a 60 to 70 percent chance of campus placement that students get into. My plan after my btech degree is to get into a reputed company with a great salary.

As I am of second year student I just know very briefly about the job opportunities. And the cost of the study is 4 lakhs per every year which I think is quite worth it for what they teach on our campus and also the placements they provide. I don't have any scholarships yet, but as per my knowledge, there are pretty good scholarships that can help students in their fee process.

There are pretty much many tech fests that will happen every month in our college through various departments and as well as from the college management which is quite helpful to showcase the student's talent out there. Visarga is the annual fest which will be conducted every year by the college management of IIIT Sri City. Many big dignitaries and other famous personalities will be invited to the college. Sports clubs are also well encouraged to showcase the student's talent in sports like cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, and many other sports. Clubs like dance, music, instrumental music, photography clubs, and social services clubs will help students to make their resumes stronger by every academic year.

I got this through Jee entrance examination. In the first round of counseling, I got this seat in JEE. So, there was no special admission process through this entrance exam. I have submitted all the required documents and went to the college of sri city. I think there is no need for any improvements in the admission process as it is quite simple for every student.
