Awesome Campus Placement within affordable fee structure

In my previous comments I have already discussed about a lot of good points. So I need not say this is a good college. Still everyone has some bad qualities. It is universally true. So why to discuss anything bad.

JEE Main. Marks - 78 Because of fee structure as I am from a middle class background. I roamed a lot of big names. Everywhere the output was same. So I compared the fee structure among big names.

The course curriculum is very adequate according to the changing pattern of market and recruitment. After the modification of the University syllabus this has become more recruitment oriented. I would assess it highly comparable to the pattern of Deemed Universities.

Yes it provides Internship. We went to do the internship to Indian Railways in the 6th Sem an Tata Steel in 8th Sem. After the successful completion on producing certificate we got the amount expenditure for TA and DA.

Placement is very effective. The college authority had made me very clear on the first date of admission that I have to keep my average student standard. Then the various activities of the campuses will make me sufficient enough to get a job. I followed the instructions of faculties, trainers everybody and my kind of average ranked student got placed in the first company Infosys.

Tech Fest - Innovizon Cultural - Akankshya Sports - Ahwaan Above three are our annual cultural, sporting and technical events. Then we had our department Fest - Ahamvrittee Then cricket, football, volleyball, basket ball etc.tournaments go on throughout the year. Most interesting were the workshops by EDP and IIPC Cell i.e. Entrepreneurship Development and Industrial Interaction and Partnership Cell.

Very much feasible. Because they charge 78000/- for their annual tuition fees which is very much cheaper for a premium college operating in the region. I am from a middle class family. I stayed in the hostel inside the campus. It charged me 130000/- and on a total less than 5 lakh for four years. When the output is same i.e placement in a good company, the fee structure is very less than the Deemed Universities operating in the region.

The college is tied up with Punjab Natonal Bank for providing students with Education Loan. A PNB branch is also available inside the campus for providing the students with necessary options. There is a scholarship cell available inside the campus for helping students with various scholarship available from State Government,

There is no gender discrimination I think, because in the various events both boys and girls co - ordinators are involved.

Hostels are equipped with bed, table, chair and cupboard which are the basic requirement for a student. The food is good. They serve non veg on 3 days a week. The mess are individually attached to the hostel buildings. Indoor games and television facilities are available with the hostel common rooms. Hostels are secured with CCTV and WIFI enabled.

There is a facebook community of alumni named as GITA Alumni. All the students who got passed out can be a member of this group. This group is maintained by Prof. S. P. Mohanty, Physics and Prof. Prof. S. N. Mohanty, EEE who keep post various activities of the college. An annual Alumni Meet is arranged on the last Cultural Night inside the college.

Exam structure is very much University Standard. It is not like Deemed University style where everyone who sits for the exams get passed in the first attempt. Because what happens in Deemed Universities is that whoever teaches, he sets the questions and simultaneously evaluate also. So in order to protect his interest he also passes the students. But here we appear for questions set by someone else who has not taught us. So the best of us come out when we sit for recruitment. Here students need to study.

I took admission after I reserve a seat in advance by the process of Provisional Admission. This I undertook because of my non qualification in JEE Mains Exam. But the college authority guided my admission through the normal counseling process where I need not pay any extra amount.

The faculties are well learned, experienced with relevant Degrees, moreover they are very much humble and caring, not as the faculties of Government institutes where they are traditionally khadoos. The faculties take cre of students in the proctorial sysytem where each faculty is assigned with a group of 20 students.
