Likes

Infrastructure and greenary around the campus.
Library to study in the college and books which are available to prepare for any of the jobs.
Sports arena where running track is there for practicing, gym, football ground.

Dislikes

management of the college, hyping the issues which are nothing and not even thinking about placements .
less cultural fests and other activities for students.
Faculty changing frequently which should be considered seriously.

Course Curriculum Overview

I had chosen the CSE stream because it had a lot of scope when I joined BTech. Faculty is good when I joined but now a major drop of faculty had seen and it scares me more. Some of the faculty members had an experience of about 5 years whereas some of them are just completed their education and came to teach. The teaching quality is medium not high enough. After the covid pandemic, our schedule of sem is shortened, and our stress has increased within no time exams are in front of us.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are getting high these days in our language as the requirement is high, but in reality, placements are getting decreased. We have scholarships for some students which are Amma Vadi, merit scholars. Now getting companies to our college is decreased as compared to earlier.

Campus Life

Fests are quite less after the pandemic, Some of the fests like farewell are not even organized by our college. The availability of books is good. Sports are less considered as compared to studies. CSI, and ACM are the clubs run by students.

Admission

I wrote the EAMCET entrance exam for the colleges in Andhra Pradesh. After getting a rank I opted for the web options through counseling. There were no reservation benefits to our caste. I just wanted to make sure that the students who will go through counseling should be aware of the cutoff ranks from the previous year and also estimate the cutoff rank for the present year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.

Well in EAMCET counselling i applied for several colleges across the ap and most of that I want to be in anits collge which is in vizag but I got this college in my counselling but I never regret to be in gmrit and well my rank is not enough to get the seat in Anits collge but exams are moderate as I said before you can easily score by previous year papers and overall admission process is quite good and our collge accepts cse below 10k rank you can easily get the seat of you are good enough score marks in EAMCET and my college helps a lot of people and have several connections with reputated companies which is quite helpful to students to get new jobs...Read More
