Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested in computer science that is why I chose this course well talking about the teachers they are helpful and good but I found difficulties understanding Bengali as I am from Bihar but you will get to know it after 2 semesters.
Placement Experience
From the 3rd semester, you are eligible for the job. Talking about the placement situation. Placement for cse is best even if you are in any other branch you can apply for a job. Major companies that visit our college are mass recruiting. Like TCS Infosys Wipro tech Mahindra.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is low compared to other colleges because you find low fees in Bengal colleges. Talking about the job-to-fee ratio it's 1:1 so what you pay is what you get There is one scholarship called svmcm for Bengal students but I didn't get one because I am from Bihar.
Campus Life
The annual fest is good but they do not invite popular celebs only average celebrity visits. But the tech fest is good. Lots of clubs are there like the dance club music club drama club so if you are interested in joining clubs you are good to go.
Admission
The college is average. The placement is not that good and that is what you expect from a 3-tier college. mass recruiting companies do visit. As much as I have heard Amazon has also visited but unfortunately only 4 students get placed with 11 lakh per annum. You will get enough opportunities for placement. The average placement for the cse department is 450000.
