The placement of your college is very good on an average 90 to 95 percent of students will get a job with a decent pakage... Not only that these students are getting jobs they are getting more that one offer from the campus

Fees and Financial Aid

About my fee structure, Amy Gand's total is 4 lakh 70 thousand. In our college many scholarship opportunities are there the most popular scholarships are svmcm and Oasis, in past years campus job was very good with a average package of 4.5 lakh

Campus Life

Life on campus is very good. In your college there are many clubs like photography club, NCC , acting, Drawing club etc and the infrastructure of your college is very good with a big campus jis college is the best

Admission

The admission process was very smooth. It doesn't require any other exam than the wbjee and jee the main result. The cut-off is if you are under 20k in wbjee you will get a CSE branch if you are between 20k to 30k then you have to go for another branch. n jis college placement is very good with decent pakage

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

I choose this college because this college was good in among all the average colleges in West Bengal leaving the top colleges. The placement is also good. So for all this reason I choose this college. I wanted to go for heritage but my name didn't came in cutoff.
