The faculties are well qualified and guide for the future.
There is a beautiful garden in the campus.
The Infrastructure of the college is beautiful.

The mess food is not good and can improved.
There is no Swimming Pool facility available for the students.

I chose this course because my father suggested this course and it helped me to find my dream job. And in the future, it will help me to start my own business. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:60.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 7160 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee hike is around 5% - 7% every year. The cost to study is not so high and affordable. The college does not charge any type of hidden charges from the students. The college does not provide the job to the students.

Campus Life

There is a library facility available for the students, where students can read newspapers, books, and journals. It helps them and guides them for the future of the students. The classroom is fully AC.

Admission

The eligibility for the course is a minimum of 60% on the 10th and a minimum of 60% on the 12th. You can apply for this course in the month of March. You can apply for this course online. The admission process can be improved.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

My dream was after B.com then I complete M.com then CA but I couldn't do that. I'm pursuing because I'm interested in understanding how businesses work and want a solid foundation in commerce and finance. It opens up various career paths in accounting, finance, management, and more. Plus, it's a versatile degree that can lead to professional certifications like CA, CS, or MBA.

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.
