I chose this course because of my commerce background and knowledge in accounts field. In heramba Chandra College, girls:boys Ratio is around 5:6. Various internship companies like IPAC, And other Few NGOs also came to heramba chandra college for hiring interns The steipend is around 10000 for a single intern. The workload of a intern is actually pretty heavy.

After passing sem 4 exams , various companies come with placement opportunities. Based on interview of the IT companies around 25% students get the job. But the banking sector provides employment to around 40% students applied for the interview. There are also internship opportunities, various companies approach our college to gather students for a internship program, then select a certain number of shortlisted students.

In a year around rs7000 is required as fees of the course. Swami Vivekananda scholarship is also available for the students. Various companies like ICICI, TCS, ITC, WIPRO came for placement. There is no hike in college fees. It remains constant around rupees 7000

Around 8000 students applied for bcom hons in heramba Chandra College. In our year the cutoff percentage was 84% for general 64%for SC St obc. The admission process went well. After providing merit list, within 1-2 days admission processes are carried out. In heramba Chandra College, sports quota is also available.
