Remarks

College is old but gold. All students are good in their skills and college improves their skills. College infrastructure is good but some improvements are needed. Overall campus is full of discipline, politeness and the college is good to take admission as it is autonomous government

In Government College of engineering, Aurangabad their is no interview is taken to give any type of admission. Admission is given on the basis of only CET exam which is conducted by DTE Maharashtra.

I have chosen Electrical engineering at Government College of engineering, Aurangabad. Lectures are more focused rewards practical base learning. All lectures are regular. Syllabus is good. I like my branch. But no research initiatives.

Internships Opportunities

College is not provide any type of internship. We all need to do it on our own. I had done internship at interntheory at Brand Manager. They stipend me 2000 with certificate for one month in my winter vacation.

Placement scenario is huge at Government College of engineering, Aurangabad . 100 percent students get plaved every year in many companies. Like TCS, Bosch, Infosys, Wipro etc etc. Maximum package is 10 lakss and average package is 3-4 lakhs.

I am the student o NT category so I need to pay very less fee in Government College of engineering, Aurangabad and it is much affordable to me I pay only 3000 rs and hoatel fee is 1600 rs to all the selected students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. Life in GECA, not so good but still you enjoy it.

Due to the reputation of being a government college and autonomous status and also due to city vibes, I chose this one. I was getting private pune engineering colleges but the fees and other expenses dosen't make sense to the features they provide. You need to give mhtcet examand score maybe 90+ percentile to make your sure your place. And cutoff for tech branches of cse, it, ENTC is pretty high. Minimum 95 percentile is required....Read More
