Campus area is located in very natural area

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Mechanical engineering because I am much more interested in the automobile and design field and faculty-student ratio is 10:60 and the qualification of faculty is M.PHIL or P.HD and Teaching method is very impressive and easily understandable And exam is taken monthly and it is easy to pass because their teaching method is very very good.

Class Size: 500Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Placement Experience

7th semester onwards they are eligible for campus placement L&T company made a placement festival over 300 candidates were selected and the highest salary package is 9 lakh per annum at Poland company and the percentage of Placement is 100 %. I plan to continue my higher studies at this college.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fee hike in this college. They only bring the fees discussed before the admission and the cost of the study is 50,000 per year for Mechanical engineering and I got a minority scholarship from this college and I got placed in TVS with a 3 lakh per annum package.

Campus Life

The campus life is awesome. They conducted Onam Fest, Pongal Fest, annual celebrations, and departmental celebrations grantly. Library is also available to improve our knowledge and all academic books are available. Our College participated in national-level Fencing and Some extracurricular activities are performed monthly Yes NSS and NCC are running in our college.

Admission

Eligibility for admission in MECET is above 50% in PCM and just go to the office just ask about the admission process. They will guide you with proper details and the process is very smooth and clear. Yes, Reservations are available as per government norms.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Students through councling receives great offers in fees structure and for toppers having 190 +cutoffs get more offers like 50000 off over all fees will be 6-7lakhs for 4 years ,and moreover the fees was increasing year by year for the demand of this course and for management students the the donation for the courses is varies for example for cse course the donation will be 4lakhs and fees will be 3.8lakhs for other courses the fes structure will be varied the best part of this college is the food on a week only Friday we will have veg and for all other days we will have nonbeg

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

My Ephraem Life

I applied to another college in Nagercoil(St. Xavier's Catholic College) I got confirmation from that college ad this college. Since this college was comparitively near, I got admission here. my family choose this college too. We have contacted the admission cell and I had a small personal interview with a faculty member . After the intierview I got admitted to the college and I joined the college , the very next day itself. St. Xavier's College was on my admission list, but they were running out of seats, so finally I made it on Mar Ephraem. They appreciate above average students in academics by offering a fee reduction of ?30,000 from annual tution fees . The asmission process wasn't much complicated. My experience with Mar Ephraem

I had applied to vit but choose not to go because the fees and accommodation was not financially possible for me . I wrote keem exam and got admission to a college, VimalJyoti but as I had already joined this college with admission fee payed. I choose this college because this college was nearer compared to other colleges I applied to to and the fees was affordable. I applied to Saintgits College via keem but I got rejected. Other students with lower rank than me got accepted.After looking this up I found we needed to register directly with the college other than keem registration . I was almost easily accepted.
