Campus is not big. 2 sports ground are there

Course Curriculum Overview

I want to become a software developer so that's why I chose this course. The faculty-student ratio is 30:1. Maximum facilities are Ph.D. And they are ready and helpful. Basically, 4 CA and 1 semester are going on. Ca1 is ppt. Ca2 is report writing. Ca3 is writing exam Ca4 is the MCQ exam And then 1 semester And if you do smart work you can pass that exam smoothly.

Class Size: 130Course Fees: INR 550000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tmsl is the top 3 college in Kolkata soo, so Compared to other colleges fee structure is not too much but TFW fees are slightly high. You get SVMCM easily and on-campus placement is good maximum number of students are placed.

Campus Life

The annual fase is anakronas. Tech Fest is hosted by Geekonix and that's 2nd largest tech fest in Kolkata also many clubs are here. Books are always available in the library. The classroom is airey but the air conditioner is not there. sport, dance, singing almost all popular curricula are available here.

Admission

Make a good rank in wbjee or jee main if you want to take admission in b.tech in information technology. The application form and fee structure are available on the college's website. The faculties are awesome and very helpful.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
