The college provides you with all the facilities that you require to excel in life.

I cleared JE Mains with 168 points for entering into this college. I opted for this college because I think it is at par with the rest of the colleges of the country.

The college is equipped with best in class Infrastructure. Course curriculum is also very good that gives equal importance to theoretical and practical sessions. Each semester concledes after commencement of two exams one-Midterm and the other EndTerm.

Well scholarships are provided for BTech students while for Research students are provided with a monthly stipend of around 30000/-

Well practically speaking, this year I.e., 2018 NIT Srinagar has achieved a placement record of 80%. Almost 80 of hundred students get placed in some company within the campus. Infosys, LnT, BenQ, Dell , Suzuki, Hyundai, Wipro, NPTL, HP, Kenobi, Panasonic, Wipro often hire students from this institute.

All the cultural and religious festivals are celebrated in campus every year. Religious festivals like Holidays, Diwali, Eid, Jamnashtami etc are celebrated each time. Management programmes , Induction programmes , and several other technical events are also organised by the college.

There is flexibility in fee structure based on income category to which a students belongs. It is categorised as; 1) Above 5 lakh 2)1-5 lakh 3) Below 1 lakh In addition there is separate fee criteria for students belonging to SC/ST categories. All in all this institute provides equal opportunities for the weak and unprivileged students also.

Yes students are provided scholarships. Also loans are provided to ones who desire via banks like SBI, JK BANK etc.

Once inside the college ap person feels that he/she has got the laughing pad from where he/she can touch the skies. Campus life awesome, hostel is within the campus. Also there is a stadium for football, cricket and a basketball court inside the campus.

Hostel facilities and mess food quality is at par. Mess is wholly and Solly manage and run by the institute itself . There is a predefined mess menu which is strictly followed . Also hostel is well maintained with 24 hours security round the hostel. There is equal consideration to vegetarians and the non-vegetarians .

All the Aluminis of the institute are very helpful, they are invited on some functions and they share their experiences with the students.

There is a well designed time schedule for exams that students don't have to face a hectic schedule . Also there is two day session for labs evey week. Exams are conducted in a well systematic manner . Dateaheet is frames in such a way that it doesn't overburden the students.

Firstly I appeared in JEE Mains exam, qualified it, then I registered myself on josaa.com for seat allocation then went to the college for completing other admission formalities. From 2nd semester onwards registration process is so simple, that students just have to NIT sir website , pay in the mess fee hostel fee and just submit the registration form online.

There is well-qualified faculty in each and every department of the college. Also contractual teachers are also hired every year to keep the teacher : student at par. Teachers are very my serious about their duties and provide students an interactive atmosphere. Leading teaching process is quite interactive.
