Likes

My overall experience is good . Campus is very large and well maintained.
The college provides every facilities to students . i.e labs, Classrooms
There is no chance of ragging. Whole campus is very secure

Dislikes

Exam patterns is very simple hence students not focus on academics
The college fees structure is very high as compare to other colleges in pune
College does not provide any merit scholorships to students

Course Curriculum Overview

The ETC course is very good and you get good placements as well. The teachers in my stream are very good. They support every student. They are mostly Ph.D. holders and follow modern teaching. We have two exams each semester one is in-sem and then end-sem. They are easy to moderate difficulty level.

Internships Opportunities

Companies such as Accenture, HPE, and Tech Mahindra offer their internships and placements as well as industry-sponsored projects. I got an internship at Rukart Technologies through college as a research and development intern.

Placement Experience

From the sixth semester students are eligible for campus drive. Companies starts arriving in January. The highest package for ETC students is 13 Lakh per annum. Nearly 70 % of students get placement every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for me is 170000 rs per year. But if you are from OBC then it is 95000 and SC, ST, only 4000. TFWS only has 25000 to pay per year. No scholarship, only a mahadbt scholarship. I am yet to get a job but my stipend is 5000 doing an internship.

Campus Life

We have an annual fest called Gandharva in January, it is a very exciting cultural and social event that goes on for 6 to seven days. We have Annual Sports meets every year in November. There are various clubs in our college technical and non-technical.

Admission

We get admission through the CET counseling process only. And you don't have to fill out any other application form then. Reservations are available for SC, ST, and obc candidates and TFWS also. The admission process is not very bad as you just have to verify documents after college allotment.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

Placement Experience:

There are placements in the college, but the company select only few like from hundreds they select only 9 to 10 students which are capable enough according to the standard who have done internships and have some experience in their field as the companies don't want to teach them from the starting

College review for better selection for better opportunities in future

Placement Experience:

From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

It is a great college for learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

Best in the neighborhood, convenient to reach , easily accessible for all the student's , good faculty and good quality of education, amenities available are great along with the essential facilities. Exposure to national level competitions along with the motivation to attempt them.Practical knowledge is also provided with the theoretical knowledge

VIIT -a good option?

1) I applied to VIT pune ,COEP pune ,PICT pune,CUMMINS ,PCCOE . I didnt get these colleges because i didnt have percentile for merit for that college i had 95.84 percentile and their cutoff for CS branch was 97 at that time which was difficult for me . 2)students can enroll in our college using MHTCET and JEE mains score .Through cet cell there are cap rounds total three and last one spot round (may have changed now).Apart from this there are no tests or exams to get an admission in this college...Read More
