Our college is one of the premier Institutes in west bengal. Providing quality education in suitable fees. The college management is moreover good but often fails to solve student related issues like frequent quarrel among students.

I appeared in Wbjee 2014,and my rank was 4462. My jee mains didnt go well so i had an option to get admitted in good college with wb rabk.

I think the course curriculum is well set. In the first year, you have to study everything. There are various soft skills, personality grooming classes also which enhances personality. You will stall getting electives from the third year itself. From either mechanical, electrical, civil, humanities department. Fourth-year also there are choices to choose from electives

No, I don't think our college provides paid internships. However, if you can arrange for your own our college provides NOC. Nd whatever cost involved in getting an internship. The college repays you at the end. The college also arranges internship if you are not able to get it.

I think placement is quite good every ywar more than 60% of the students gets placed at different IT companies. Placement in core branch is less Apart from wipro tcs Other good companies like goodrej, byjus also come for placements but recruit for sales and marketing

We have 2 major fest in college. One is dakshh (the technical fest) and the other is eclecia it is the cultural fest. I probably had a better glimose of dakshh because i was vice president of Dakshh2k17 Dakshh is 3 day technical fest. In which various colleges participates in various robotics and coding competition Eclecia is one of the best college fest on kolkata. Mohit chauhan, KK, farhan akhtar have visited our campus and gave superb show

I belong to 2014-18 batch. I paid rs64500in 1st semester, then subsequently its around 40000 per semester for rest of the semester. Fees in heritage is quite less compared to other private colleges in the city, and very less compared to other private colleges, like kiit, and colleges through comedk

There are many scholarships and fee waiver run by west Bengal government and aicte. Thw college management doesnt have its own scholarship scheme. But facilitates providing scholarships to poor and needy students

Campus life at heritage is moreover good. Gender ratio in a particular department is less like there are 10 girls in civil out of 130 guys. But when talking about the whole college the gender ration come to around 2:3. Majority of the students from bengal and rest from bihar jharkhand There are various dance, music, mun, fashion, robotics, debates, quizes, photography club in our college. Whose each chair person and vice chairperson is nominated by students council. The students council of hitk was used to be formed by election but now teachers select the council member. The council formation process often leads to fight like situations in college, strikes etc. If the council is formed it is responsible for giving fests, freshers etc.

,,,The seats in hostels are quite few. So majority of the students have to look for accommodation outside the college campus. This is one of the drawbacks in college. Most of the students have to look in near areas like anandopur, hussainpur, rr plot etc. Moreover there are enough seats for girls in hostels The food quality os average

We have recently build an alumni network in our college. Once a year an alumni meet is organized by the college in which alumnis come. An aumni talk is kept. As of now, the alumni network is formed. And in future we are supposed to develop a mechanism so we can seek efficient help and guidance from them

The lab and exams are kind of chilled out at heritage. The labs are well maintained. And the exam scene os not very hectic. We have 2 internal exams and 1 main sem. Every sem you will have 2 almost 2 lab exams. And most of the students get good marks in lab exams. But for that you have to atleast maintain good attendance. For taking in the internal exmas you have to get minimum 75% attendance

I got admission through wbjee. There are three round councelling in wbjee. You have to first register yourself for online councelling through bank challan or epayment. If yoy are alloted a college.,you have to reach a center and deposit rs20000. Then in the further councelling you may get good colleges if your rank shifts or else you will get the same which have been initially allotted. After that yoy may go to respective college and deposit 1st sem fees.

The faculty of this college is kind of avergae. It like moreover like any other private colleg of india. You surely cannot compare them to those in iits and other government institutions. However they canprovide you enough knowledge necessary for completion of syllabus and get a degree. For anything further you will have to take coaching like for gate ese etc And heritage is the best place in kolkata because made easy coaching is just 5 mins from college. Where as people from haldia come to just study at made easy
