Excellent college campus with healthy atmosphere for studies and sports

GMRIT is a college with healthy atmosphere with full greenery. Hostel facility for both boys and girls is really good. Quality of teaching is also very good with a scope for improving our research skills.

I have joined B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) in GMRIT through EAMCET counselling. When i joined GMRIT, it was affliated to GMRIT. But, later it became autonomous.

Faculty at GMRIT teach and discuss every topic of each and every subject in detail. They help students in clearing the doubts at every step. Even at the time of the project, they help the students with their guidance to get the better outcome from the student.

Our college does not provide any internship as per my knowledge. I have never seen any internship student in my college time.

Placements are considered good when compared to other colleges. Thought most of the companies comes for the top branches like ECE, EEE, Mechanical, CSE, IT.., other branches have a little fewer chances of getting placements. Not as much as the other branches get the offers.

Every year in the month of January, they celebrate a technical festival called STEPCONE which invites students from all the colleges and universities. It is a mega event in the ever which includes each and every student to interact eachother actively in the college.

Fee is cometely depend on the type of the seat that you choose. It is economical for the middle class family. Also, they do consider economically beckward people and provide merit based scholships to the stidents from GMRIT Foundation. I can definitely say it is feasible to go for GMRIT.

Scholoshios available for the students who join with the good rank and also they do consider the people with poor economic background.

There is a very good scope to improve the sports abilities and also gym facilities available for the students. Though they are little restricted allowing students in the latenights (which is necessary in these fast days) they do take good care of students in hostels.

Hostel facilities are very good at GMRIT especially the walk area, computer labs and playing area inside the hostel is very good.Coming to the food, though the weekly menu is fixed.. you will not be bored having the same food every week. Hostel management also very active and encourage students in all aspects.

Seniors are very in the college.. though they showa little attitude in starting, but they do help alot in odd times.

GMRIT takes the exams very seriously and conducts exams very strictly. Even the lab's exams are very conducted very seriously. Quality of questions they set in the descriptive exams is very well and they do put questions to test the actual learning skills of the students.

I gave my EAMCET examination and secured a good rank and went ti the counseling section. Though i chose BAPATLA engineering college first later i cahnged my ming seing the infrastructure of GMRIT and got my admission to GMRIT. I really like the atmosphere of GMRIT.

All the deparmental faculty can br reached any time. Infact every student js lrovided with particar faculty to guide and to monitor the students in a right way from the starting of the 1st year it self. Subject wise also, the faculty is very hellfull in clearing the doubts of the students.. etc..
