It's a very good experience to being a kiitian . I am feel so proud that i am passout from kiitb university . In kiit university you will mostly found good quality of student .most of the student may prepared for iit but when they did not got a seat in our then they come to kiit . It's little funny but it's true .
Entrance Preview
I scored around 3000 ranks in kiitee examination. Also cracked AIEEE main for b.arch. But I selected kiit university because I am little passionate about the automobile. And kiit is one of the best university to study automobile engineering.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is very good to study automobile engineering. You can get to know all the core fundamental of an automobile with practical. Also you can get good support from Kiit automobile society to learn the practical aspect. Also, we have an aeronautical society where a student can do projects on aeronautics.
Internships Opportunities
Yes kiit university does provide internship facilities. But to get a paid internship you have work hard .otherwise with the help of training and placement department one can easily get a internship in pan India .
Placement Experience
Kiit university provide 100 percent job opportunities for their student. Every year top 10 it companies visit our campus . Like accenture infosys Tcs and many more .After the day one campusing many of student got more than one offer. Also many core company come for mechanical and electrical branch .
College Events
As we all know odisha is very much famous for their culture. In our university we had celebrated most of the cultural function .Also every year during November or December we had one college fest for 3 days . And that was an awesome lifetime experience.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is little expensive. When I got an admission that time in 2012 it was a 10lakh package for 4 years include book hostel mess and many more. Now i think It is 13 to 14 lakh for 4 years. Also it depends upon the branch . Also they provide the loan facilities for students .
Fees and Financial Aid
Because of the hike in fees they provide a good amount of scholarship to the students. Also, the loan facilities are there for those students who need the loan. Get loan from bank is much easier for kiit university student because it hold a naac rank of A+.
Campus Life
Our campus life was awesome. I really miss my college life . Gender ratio is good in kiit university. Because it's a premium university you can get 60 to 40 ratio. And most importantly it's a totally raging free campus .in my 4 year of study I never saw any raging related act.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities I can say Best in class. It's very clean also the food was good . Actually kiit is like a mini India .from every region student is there. So kiit give good quality food to every one . They provide north Indian South Indian and some mix .
Alumni/Alumna
And one more good thing for kiit university is they care for us now also .Every year at least once or twice we meet in every city . They maintain the alumni meet regularly . Also our senior students are now successful in their career.
Exam Structure
We had 2 main semester in every year and 2 internals. Also lab exams . For all the exams we need to carry at least 75 percent attendance in first second and third year in forth year 60 percent . Because most of the student are busy with the campusing process .
Admission
Kiit admission process is very simple. After you score a good rank in kiitee, they will send you a letter along with the rank card for counselling process .there you can choose any branch from your choice .Almost all the engineering branches are avilabe on kiit.
Faculty
Kiit have the best faculty in north India . All the faculties are phd holder and also they have at least 5 to 10 years of industrial experience.also in kiit there you can get tutor mentor faculty for each semester. They will gonna take care of your all academics also personal problem in hostel or in campus.
