- Food : a mixture of North and South Indian food is very nice specially breakfast
- Rooms: being a student of UG1 we are given rooms in new 3 sitter hostle which is excellent
- Classroom: clg is recently made so the class are well furnished
Dislikes
- Campus : campus is not well built work is in progress
- Grounds: group are not well made just some space is given no proper boundaries
- Location: it's location is in the outskirts so there are not any food stalls nears except a cafe exotica and campus canteen
Course Curriculum Overview
This clg was the best clg for CSE I was got at my rank.All the faculties are PhD holder from IITs,top NITs and some foreign universities.Class are well furnished with two big screens on both side of class and a board in the middle of the class. PPT are used to teach and board is also used at some topics Exams are like every month of 20 to 25 marks which are not so difficult to pass But relative grading is there
Internships Opportunities
It is just a new IIIT so you will have to work a little hard to be in the top of the class. But opportunities are there. My senior in ug3 starting got an in campus placement of 80 lpa and 88 lpa.And avg placement of last year 2022 is for cse is 20.3lpa including off campus
Fees and Financial Aid
One of the most considered con of this clg is its fees,16(including hostles) lakhs approx for 4 years with incomplete campus(work is in progress). Sadly no scholarship is provided by the college as not enough funds are provided by the government because iiits also have some private company shares
Campus Life
There is an annual fest abi ABHISARGA conducted in February while there is a technical fest name UTKRISHTHA. Newspapers are available in library but there are no others books than academic. Sports facilities are not so nice i.e. grounds are not well built but still u can play cricket,vollyball,football,table tennis, badminton, chess etc. A lot of clubs are there Technical clubs like GDSE, GRADIENT, IOTA, ENIGMA, ESIPOC,ETC. And other art,cultural, photography, sponsorship, designing etc are also there
Hostel Facilities
At that present time they are four hostels. 3 of them are two seater and one of them is 3 seater. Two hostels are a little older while two are recently made. Mess menu is quite tempting with 3 to 4 sabzi at a time but most only one of them is nice. There are three meals and one refreshment in a day. It is compulsory for all the students to live in hostles.
Admission
Admission was through jee mains as it is a government affiliated engineering college IIIT Cutoffs are available on josaa and csab website I got 97.65 percentile and got the college in 6th round of josaa
