Review about Indian institute of information and technology sricity

Here in this collage they won't teach the subjects like enginnering graphics, chemistry,biology which are not useful for us in the future program . Here faculties are very good whose have completed their ph.d in top collages like it's. They are very free to interact. Due to less strength in class we can interact with the faculty. We have three term exams per one semester

As I am an ug-1 student I don't have proper idea about the internship programs offered in my collage . But as I have heard from my senior they provide nice atmosphere for education so we can easily get into internship program

From the end of 3rd semester the students are eligible for the placement . The average package as said by the director sir is 20 lac in the present year . The highest package is not yet revealed. I am not sure about other details like percentage students placed , number of companies visited etc. Since I am new to this campus

Comparing with other government institutions especially with few other iiit's the fees structure here is high . It is almost equal to most of the private collages. It might be because of ppp(public private partnership ) i.e, few private bodies have 15 percent share in these type of collages. These collage student are eligible for all state and central scholarship

This collage was started in 2014. So there is construction work going on still , that's why the ground are not in good condition and we'll maintained.when we comes to infrastructure in the academic block all the classes and labs are well furnished and air conditioned. There are books available for our present semester but in limited copies. When it comes to club ,as our collage has only three courses (ai&ds,cse,ece)we have more number of technical clubs along with common clubs like dance and music etc

For our batch we got newly built hostels and for the batch coming in 2024 will also get new hostels . In hostels we have maximum three members per room with a table ,chair,and fan for each person . We should have an wi-fi for the hostel,as it is new building the wifi is not set yet. When it comes to food daily we will have an egg item iin the menu, weekly twice non veg, menu decision is in the hands of the students. The food is not at all spicy for South people but too much spicy for North people

We have to clear the jee mains examination with minimum of 97percentile for Ai&ds course in iiit sricity with 75 percent marks in 12th board exams as per the rule of nta. In 2022 the cutoff rank for Ai&ds was around 29000 but in the year 2023 due to increase in seat in all iiit collages the cutoff rank rose to 36000 (in csab for general student) . There is no much difference with ews reservation but you can have benefit with other reservation categories
