Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course due to my interest in this course. The Students' Faculty ratio is about 100:1. The Professors are highly qualified and have excellent teaching methods. There is a mid-semester and an end-semester each semester.
Placement Experience
From 3rd year onwards students become eligible for placements. some companies visited are Coal India and Bharat Petroleum and the offers they made are more than the number of students. The highest package is 40lap and the average package is around 16LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is around 289000 INR per year. But college provides a lot of scholarships like merit cum means scholarship, INSPIRE scholarship, and fee waiver scheme. Anyone can also avail an interest-free loan.
Campus Life
The annual fest is Spring Fest and the tech fest is Kshitij, they are conducted in January each year. We have Asia's largest library. The library is good, and all books are available. Anyone can learn and participate in any sport of interest. Ecell is a club run by students.
Hostel Facilities
Each room has a bed, a chair, a table, and a cupboard for each student. The quality of food is not so good but nutritious and also has variety. The registration for hostel is done along with the admission process.
Admission
You need to qualify for jee advanced, for which the application form starts in May but the condition is that you need to qualify for jee mains first, for which the application starts in November each year. Jee advanced application form costs 3000 INR.
