The course curriculum is good for all departments and also faculty members are good and understanding I am in cse core department, I was sure to tell you curriculum and faculty members are good and that you like him/her.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of college in 4 years is approx. 4.3lakh. There is a scholarship for West Bengal students per year 60000 by the West Bengal government. And also a reservation for TWF students who pay only 40000 in 4 years and also a loan facility.

Campus Life

Campus life is very good and you enjoy the best college life at the Heritage Institute of Technology. The library is good, and almost all books are available. There are many clubs like sports (cricket, football, basketball, archery, etc), dancing, NSS, and also many clubs.

Admission

Through WBJEE and cutoff of the CSE core is approx. 1500 - 3981. Also in the TWF reservation for West Bengal students. Faculties are good other than private colleges in West Bengal. And also placement is good. And you like your college life in this college.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
