- I like the overall study curriculum which inculcate maximum knowledge required for the ug student.

- The things I don't like would be the placements, but it would not be a big deal if you gather the knowledge and make yourself a industry ready.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am in Bsc 3rd year, PSM group i.e Physics, Statistics, Mathematics. As statistics helps in data science that's why I opted for it. The faculties in the Institute of Science are experienced and guide you throughout the course. They inculcate every aspect of the subject in their exams and prepare you for that. My experience is great so far.
Internships Opportunities
The Institute of Science has a CCPC i.e. Career Counseling and Placements cell which provides and organizes a workshop annually. This helps in the job opportunity areas. The workshop contains the area from government to private fields which caters to all the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of our college Ranger are from 2400 to 6000 per year depending on the reservation. For general students, you have to pay the maximum amount i.e. 6000. In my opinion, the fee structure of the Institute of Science is less compared to other colleges
Campus Life
Institute of Science organizes the annual fest every year (UMANG) with the sports week. Each department also held different quizzes and workshops for their students eg. Statistica for statistics. Now we have an ISSAC club for our science students as well. We have a huge library and study rooms with computers with more than 500 sitting capacity. The classrooms are also well-equipped with projectors. The practical rooms have different experimental equipment. We are having NSS i.e. National Service Scheme.
Admission
As far as I am concerned the admission process is comparatively simple from other universities. The first process would be the same everywhere i.e. making the login I'd in the portal. The second stage is applying to different colleges in universities. I applied for the Institute of Science Nagpur, it was through Google Forms and was simple to understand. The admission process didn't take so long and I got the reservation benefits as well. If you want to apply to the Institute of Science then I highly recommend RTMNU University for basic sciences. Go for it without a second thought.
