Course Curriculum Overview

I chose BCA because I have an interest in computers and want to enter in IT field. Students are about 80 a year and teachers are also good in strength. All faculty have done Ph.D. and are excellent at teaching. After 6 months it is difficult to pass the exams as our teachers solve all our problems with time.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities

As our is the first batch in the college there is no internship provided yet. Projects are being given by the faculty on which various groups of students are working. Each team has a leader who takes good feedback from all the students.

Placement Experience

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, etc come for campus recruitment. The average package is 4 lpa and the highest package is 16 lpa. 100% placement, My plan is to get placed in a well-known company and continue my further studies as per that.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are about 80000 in the 2022 batch and for any updates regarding fees you can simply visit the college website or campus. Various scholarships are available you can simply fill out the forms and avail of the scholarship.

Campus Life

Every year a college fest is conducted in which students take part in various activities and prizes are also distributed. Books are available in the college library. There are A/c classrooms and clean. Every year a sports meet is conducted and there are various sports present in the college. There are various clubs like dance, etc.

Admission

For BCA there is 45? minimum criteria for admission to BCA. You can find the college admission form on the college's official site itscps. edu. in The application fee is 1000. No improvement is needed in the admission process. There is no reservation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.
