HITK in one paragraph

I chose this course because I had a keen interest in engineering. Faculty to student ratio is 1:63. For every 63 students there is one faculty. Faculties in Hitk are highly qualified. Their methods of teaching are quite impressive. Exams here are held timely without delay. This time end sem will be held on Feb. The toughest subject to pass in physics

As I am fresher I am unaware of the internship opportunities but I have heard they provide high internship offers. Many students even get PPO(pre-placement offers). I guess their stipend would be around 15 to 20 thousand.

Students become eligible for placements from 6 th semester. Companies that visit here are Amazon, TCS, Microsoft, Google etc This year around 150 to 200 offers were made. I have no idea of the highest and lowest packages. I would look for campus placement and I would also hunt for off-campus placements to get better chances. Around 70 to 80 per cent of students get placed here.

Here cost of study is affordable. Return on investment is also very good. Here people from any class can study. Here there are different government schemes for students of Bihar and Bengal. Bihar and Bengal students can avail student credit card scheme.

I haven't attended any of the tech or annual fest. So I am unaware of the months in which they are conducted. Our library is well equipped with many good books and journals. It also has the latest magazines and daily newspapers. The library is completely air-conditioned. The classroom is equipped with a projector and white and blackboard. The desks are well maintained. The sports life of the campus is not that good as the ground size is very small. Any sports lover should surely not like such a small ground. There are many clubs and groups like GDSC(coding club), Ghungroo (dancing club), photography club, singing club etc.

To enroll in this course one should take either wbjee or Jee mains exams. Enrollment is done on a merit basis. Management quota is also there The application form can be found on wbjeeb portal. The application fee is 500. The application dates are somewhat in January. No admission process was smooth.

There was no interview conducted for admission in the college . For admission we just need to bring our provisional admission letter provided by wbjee board. And different documents were also required for admission like photo, adhar card, blood group test, medical certificate etc.
