One of the best engineering college of Kolkata

Management was very good. I passed out at in 2006. That time placement was an issue for mother engineering stream and that too for female students but I am sure by now, they have come forward a long path and is doing fabulous job on this.

JEE...I scored around 5000 something and opted this college as I wanted to study chemical engineering and it was the only private college in Kolkata which offers chemical engineering stream

very good. it was very well focused and gave us good grip on the subject and at the same time we could take up one of our favorites and do research and training on that and college is ever supportive of that. for eg. i loved bio technology and wanted to take training on that and my college supported it and it brought me accolades too.

I have less idea about this but i know couple of my friends did that. they had to take educational loan from bank i guess and stipend was not applicable as we were doing bachelor's degree and none pay stipend for BE or B.Tech.

placement and job opportunities were less for me as I had chemical engineering as a stream and that to a female student. IT and computer science placements were very good but overall I can sayHeritage has given the best placement facility and job opportunities of that time if compared to any other private engineering college of that time.

all the festival and of course how can one forgets heritage's fest ecclesia...enjoyed to the brim. then we had holi celebration, independence day celebration, freshers day, fest, and many other extra carricular activities were supported. then there was sports day and football tournament, cricket tournament, basketball tournament were there all through the year.

feasible and at per to all other private engineering college in kolkata. it was never expensive and no hidden cost included or no mid semester "we want this- we want that" pandemonium. so it was never been an expensive college and it was very much at per with West bengal university of technology.

yes loan facility was there but I have no good idea about that, as I have not undergone through it. But but i know couple of my friends did that. they had to take educational loan from bank. scholarship i really dont have any idea about it... may be by now they have changed a lot and added many such facilities by now.

Campus is one of the best campuses of Kolkata engineering colleges ever. In our time, definitely it was the best. and infrastructure wise also it was one of the best that time,hands down. all other amenities were great. labs and library was one of the best we have ever seen. library facility was very good. campus was something we used to enjoy the most in our college.

hostel facility was very good and so was food. i have never been to hostel and neither ate hostel food , so i am not the correct person to give feedback on this but i had many friends staying at hostel ( that time it was only boys hostel) and they gave a very good feedback on hostels and their stay there

Yes...They are..we are one of the old batches and we do help juniors and encourage them. we have yearly alumni meet also and we have heritage's alumni group in all the social networking sites. So yes, we are well connected and we always like to help our juniors in every means.

there were exams in mid semester and and every 6months final semester exam.exam structure was very stringent and very beneficial for students as we used to get our preparation for final semester exam throughout the semester and not only on the verge of semester exam.

I have got admission through Joint entrance rank and counselling that followed it. Admission procedure was easy and has been taken up from counselling forum...you have to sit for the JEE west bengal exam and crack this college by this. there is no other easy way to the admission here.

They were all qualified and were very involved with us. Many of them used to take personal care and whenever in problem we have got our teachers by our side to help us. I remember we used to follow them to their house even for clarification of some problems and some understanding and they were ever patient.
